Am not posting much about the wedding details due that i got a really nice surprise from Essence Magazine, Online Editor Charli Penn is publishing a story of Our Love on the Bridal Bliss section, am truly excited and can't wait to read it and share it will all of you.

Having my Mom dress me on my wedding day was special, we must cherish every minute and moment we get to spend with our parents at the end of the day we are all getting older.
This was a surprise and moment i will cherish in my heart my aunt rose give me my something borrowed and Something blue, i wore blue saphire diamonds earrings which was passed on from previous generations of my family members and her pearl bracelet.
My friend and more like a big sister Corrine, help me with my make-up and also made sure i had everything i need on my day, plus putting my heels on and give a toast in our wedding reception.
Just like mom's play a big part in a girls wedding day, your dad also plays an important part like picking me up and then walking me down the aisle, this is a moment a dream of since i was a little girl playing dress up and it was perfect.
I am grateful to God for blessing me with both of my parents to cherish this moment with me.
Sometimes parents can't show up for their Son's wedding but then their blessed with a Mother-in-Law who loves and cares enough to be there for them as their own.

Our cake for 22 Guest i love the beach theme cake toper we picked, simple and cake was delicious Vanilla with cheesecake frosting.

Having a dance with my second dad, Peter has been there for me since my teenage years and continues to be a great friend and father figure i can count on always.
Sometimes we are Blessed with 1 Great Dad but God Bless me with 2.
Food was perfectly presentable and tasty.

Let's dance girls, i always love to do the electric slide in wedding so of course i requested at my wedding.
But i wasn't the only one having fun, the groom also had his moment with the ladies.
Having a childhood moment at the wedding, sitting on my grandma's lap like i use to do when i was a little girl, my Abuela is 81 year old i was happy she got to see and witness this special moment in my life, also as the first grand daughter i was happy to hear from her how proud I've made her.
Somethings weren't traditional at my wedding like throwing my bouquet , i don't believe in throwing a bouquet and then your the next to get married, it may sound cliche but, only God know's your path of love and when it knock at your door, so i gifted my cousin Meledi my roses as the wonderful teenager she has become and the wonderful women she will grow to be one day.

These are the 4 wedding favors i give to my guest, Our Cruise was 5 days and 4 nights, on our first night dinning together i brought one gift which was over customized M&J flavor chapsticks and the little pink bag, then every night from there i brought another gift so they will look forward to something at dinner, ending with The Message in a Bottle with a special and personal message for each guest individually.
