SUAVE and Veteran's Day.

Hey Guys and Gals and all the wonderful people who served our country and are currently serving for our freedom Thank You and Happy Veterans Day.

This past weekend i visit Virginia which is my old hometown and where i spend 5 years living as an Army Wife at Ft Eustis Army Base in Newport News, as a Fashion blogger i travel a lot and this weekend i visit my God-baby to present her to her baptism so it was good being around some old military friends like my best friend she's a Navy Wife and a few others.

Sometime last week Suave send me some of their amazing hair products to try them out, and i took the opportunity to bring them to Virginia with me due that i knew i had 2 photoshoots to do while i was visiting, i wish my hair was longer to show you different military hairstyles due that they have such a sticked code on how the wonderful ladies who serves our country should look, i cut my hair after donating it but i still manage to wear my hair 2 different styles for my shoot and at the end of this article is a surprise video for all of you in uniform to watch and get some style tips from Dulce.

Dulce is a well-known beauty blogger and military veteran that created a how-to-video with easy tips for her military inspired styles to help women create the looks, while staying within military regulations.

To Celebrate the women serving our country, both at home and abroad an American family brand of 75 years strong. Suave Professionals is donating 10,000 products to troops currently deployed overseas and launching their #ShareBeauty initiative to drive awarness around the recently relaxed Army hair regulations.

As an Army Wife i witness my husband being deployed to Afghanistan which much of you relived with me because thats when i created Diaries of a Fashion Army Wife on my blog, Joe is now a Veteran due that his last day serving in his unit for the Army was August 28th, 2015.

"Happy Veteran's Day Joe"

Back to these fabulous Suave professionals products, for my looks i did a sleek wet-curly look and the other i just blow dried my hair and styled up.

Look 1- Sleek Wet-Curly
Look 2- Blow Dry and Styled.

My 1st step for each one of these looks was to wash my hair with the Sea Mineral Infusion Suave Shampoo and Conditioner, which i loveeeee the smell very much and it left my hair so soft.

The Moisturizing Body Shampoo & Conditioner gives you volume and lock in moisture for natural bounce that's easy to style

After my hair wash for look 1 i used a little bit of the light weight weather proof cream and mixed in a little of the soufflé mousse.

The Light weight weather proof cream creates a weightless, invisible shield to help fight frizz and keep hair sleep and shiny, it's used to get the perfect smooth style i totally recommend this product for a sleep long ponytail.

The Volumizing Souffle Mousse add fullness and structure from root to tip without making your hair stiff.
A style inspiration for this product will be a Half-up-Twist do.

These 2 items together give me the perfect finish look i wanted of a sleek wet-curly hairstyle, making my curls look natural and wet.

After washing my hair for look 2, i took a little bit of the light weight weather proof cream into my hair which i explained above and then added some of the weightless blow dry spay.

While blow drying my hair i applied the volumizing weightless blow dry spray because is activated with heat to give volume and body that lasts for up to 24 hours.

To finish my Blow-Dry styled look i sprayed a little of the plump hold hairspray, this Plump Hold Hairspray, with an ultra-fine mist offers long-lasting hold with a crushable finish, hair feels touchable and is full of body and bounce.

I know my hair is short but thats the finish i got in the front since it;s a little bit longer.

And that's how i styled my hair for these 2 photoshoot looks and i just wanted to share how amazing Suave professional products are and as promised here is the link to Dulce How-to video.

The only product i didn't get to use was the Texturizing Sea Salt Spray which probably would have been of great help for my first look the sleek curly-wet look because this helps create an all-over body and loose textured look with full bodied waves that last up to 24 hours but maybe for people with longer hair will be great.

Happy Veteran's Day, Brave Soldiers. Thank You for bravely doing what you're called to do so we can safely do what we're free to do.

Thanks for reading.
